5. What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Because flowers are perishable products:

  • Orders cannot be refunded once they have been prepared or shipped.
  • Cancellations must be requested immediately after placing the order.
  • If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will review your case for a replacement or partial refund.
  • Wayra Flowers is not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling by the customer after delivery, including: lack of water, exposure to heat, physical damage or mishandling, improper storage, incorrect use of the products.

6. How do deliveries work?

We deliver to selected locations within the United States.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High-demand seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.)

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will always assist you in resolving any issues.
